PleaseThis Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by Aligned and Embodied (“The Organisation”) and the members, and comes into effect as of 24.08.2022.
- Course Benefits
As part of membership with Aligned and Embodied, the Member will receive the following benefits:
- Access to the modules of content (workbooks and videos), plus bonuses, via the private membership site connected to soulstirringbranding.com.au
- Access to the private Facebook Group
- 2 x Weekly coaching calls for the 6 month.
- 6 months of support via the Facebook group, coaching calls and via email.
2. Course Dues
The course is priced at
Early Bird (First 48-hours)
Bundle 1: $2000 USD, when paying in full. Alternatively, there is a 5-part payment plan, 5 x monthly payments of $425 USD.
Bundle 2: $2500 USD when paying in full. Alternatively there is a 5-part payment plan: 5 x monthly payments of $525 USD.
Regular Pricing after Early Bird:
Bundle 1: $2200 USD or 5 x monthly payments of $443 USD.
Bundle 2: $2700 USD or 5 x monthly payments of $565 USD.
Please note that GST may be charged for Australian Residents.
Payment can be made online through soulstirringbranding.com.au.
Upon failure to make payment within 7 days of the due date for the 5-part payment plan, member’s access to the course will be revoked until the payment is made.
3. Restrictions
The Member agrees that they will not:
- Share their login information with non-members
- Reproduce or distribute any of the information received as part of their membership and share it with non-members. All Aligned and Embodied material is protected by copyright, don’t share it.
- Post inappropriate, inaccurate or offensive content to the Facebook Group and discussions
4. Liability
The Member will not hold the Organisation liable for any tangible or intangible damage that might happen to them while participating in the membership.
The Member agrees that the Organisation cannot guarantee any results from their membership. Any negative or positive results that might occur during the membership are the result of the Member’s own personal choices.
The course and group information is not financial or investment advice. Testimonials published by us are genuine but not not represent a guarantee of similar results.
5. Privacy
The Organization will not share any contact or personal information about the Member with other members, non-members or any third parties.
6. Membership Termination
The Organisation has a right to terminate the Member’s access if any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement are violated.
By purchasing the course, the Member is confirming they have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
7. Cancellation
Because the course materials can’t be ‘returned’, The Organisation cannot offer refunds. However, if extenuating circumstances have caused the Member to be unable to complete the program, The Member is more than welcome to follow along ‘live’ with the next round of members which should be happening next year. The Organisation reserve the right to shut down or delete threads that get off-topic, promotional or abusive. Your membership may be terminated without notice if the terms are breached. Avoid posting anything that is the property of someone else, that might cause of breach of any laws, that might be defamatory, offensive, threatening, abusive or a breach of privacy, that might be considered spam.
The Organization is not responsible for the content other members post, but will remove anything inappropriate once flagged.
